Got more than what fits in your cart? We’ve got you covered. If your garbage or recycling cart is overflowing, Dahl Disposal Service offers convenient options for extra pickup. Whether it’s a post-holiday purge or a weekend project clean-up, we make it easy to stay on schedule and keep your community clean.
Extra Trash Pickup
If you have more trash than your regular cart allows, simply place your extra bags or cans next to your cart on your regular pickup day. Trash must be bagged, secured or tied, and not too heavy so that our drivers can pick them up without breaking or splitting open. Charges will be applied to your bill.
What We Can’t Take:
- Loose trash piles
- Hazardous materials
- Bulky items (see Bulky Item Pickup for more)
Extra Recycling Pickup
Have extra cardboard or recycling that won’t fit in your cart? Flatten boxes and stack them securely next to your cart, or use a paper bag or cardboard box to contain the overflow.
Accepted Extra Recycling:
- Flattened cardboard
- Paper, plastic, and metal containers (clean and dry)
- Paper grocery bags or cardboard boxes for overflow
Not Accepted in Overflow:
- Plastic bags
- Food-contaminated containers
- Styrofoam
