What You Can Bring

This event is for household quantities of common consumer products labeled:

• “Hazardous”
• “Toxic”
• “Flammable”
• “Poison”
• “Corrosive”

These include items typically stored under your sink, in your garage, or your garden shed. Examples: pesticides, cleaning chemicals, paints, solvents, batteries, and more. Please never place these materials in your trash or recycling carts.

Important Reminders:

• Keep products in original containers
• Never mix chemicals
• Secure all lids and store items upright during transport
• No radioactive items (e.g. smoke detectors)
• No containers larger than 5 gallons in capacity
• No cylinders/barrels accepted
• No sharps or other medications
• No explosives: such as bullets, fireworks, flares/aerial flares
• No Commercial/Business Materials without application and prearranged appointment (visit the County Solid Waste District website for more information).
