With Appropriate knowledge and training a Customer Service Representative will work with direct supervisor and function as the liaison between Dahl Companies and our customers to deliver the highest level of Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond in a timely and accurate manner to customer calls, ensuring that their issues and concerns are treated in a respectful and professional manner
  2. Effectively respond to routine issues regarding general service matters, which may involve outbound calls and other communications to resolve simple issues including billing questions, service inquiries, or cancellations
  3. Greets all incoming transfer station customers and inspects incoming loads to ensure materials are acceptable, and applicable forms are completed
  4. Operates scales, collects fees, and/or posts charges to appropriate accounts
  5. Prepares and maintains a variety of records pertaining to daily operations
  6. Other duties as assigned

  • Must be proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Ability to quickly learn new software, systems, processes, and our products
  • Ability to process a high volume of transactions with proficiency, accuracy, and integrity
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills to multi-task and prioritize multiple customers’ demands simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated through written and verbal communication
  • Team player with a can do and positive attitude
